1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations made 10 days before the booking date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund if cancellation occurs at least 10 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
50% Refund if cancellation occurs between 3-9 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
0% Refund if cancellation occurs 2 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 3PM

Check-out time: 12PM

Late check-out may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10PM-6AM).

No smoking indoors. Any smoking-related damages will incur a cleaning fee.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
4. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacements.

The rental owner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury that occurs on the property.
5. House Rules

Please leave the property clean and tidy.

Follow all posted guidelines for amenities and facilities.
6. Termination of Stay

The owner reserves the right to terminate a stay if guests violate any terms, with no refund.
